Community Care Outreach
Reflecting God’s Love by Meeting Practical Needs with Compassion and Dignity. Breaking Free’s Community Care Outreach is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to serving single mothers, children, and families experiencing extreme hardship in Collin County, Texas, and through our international headquarters in Coto Brus, Costa Rica. Rooted in the love and compassion of Jesus Christ, our mission is to bring hope to the most vulnerable by providing food, clothing, medicine, household essentials, and relational support.
With 1 in 5 children living in need, this crisis affects not only individuals, but the heart of our communities. We respond by going beyond charity—offering personal care, spiritual encouragement, and practical help to restore dignity and stability. Whether delivering groceries, sharing a warm coat, or praying with a struggling mother, we aim to reflect the Heavenly Father’s love in every interaction.
Each outreach is an opportunity to build lasting relationships, cultivate trust, and create a community of support rooted in faith. We believe that when the Church shows up with compassion and consistency, lives are changed.
